Our website is not directed to or intended for children under 13 years of age.  We do not allow children under 13 years of age to use our resources.  Protecting the privacy of young children is important. For that reason, we never collect Personal Information (as defined in our Privacy Policy through our website from users we actually know are under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is designed to attract users under 13 years of age. No Personal Information should be submitted through our website by users under 13 years of age. If a user under 13 years of age submits Personal Information to our website, we delete such Personal Information as soon as we discover it was provided by a user under the age of 13 and we do not use it for any purpose.

(e.g.,  a student athletes personal information being exchanged with a college coach).

The following situation may also require that we shard your Personal Information with 3rd parties without your consent?

·         To help us deliver programs, products, information and services, and to conduct transactions through our website or to support the business operations of our website, when our third party vendors or suppliers may receive your information as necessary to provide their services to Fullride.  Examples of third party vendors in these situation might include Internet Service Providers, transaction processors, financial institutions, web hosting providers and technical support providers.  These third parties are only authorized to use your Personal Information for the purpose of providing their services to Fullride and are required by us to treat your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.)

·         In the event that we are party to a business transition, such as a merger, divestiture, acquisition, liquidation or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your Personal Information, in most instances, will be part of the assets transferred.

·         To respond to law enforcement requests or, where required by applicable laws, court orders or government regulations.

 You have the right to "opt out" of receiving promotional communications from Fullride and/or it’s parters either by choosing to "opt out" where such option is made available on our website or at any time sending an email to We will make every effort to process "opt out" requests within ten (10) days of receipt. 

Other Ways We May Share Data

On occasion aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Fullride Website and service. We currently use Google Analytics (traffic analysis, SEO optimization) and Mailchimp (mailing list management). We listed below what data these third parties extract exactly. ·      Google Analytics: anonymous (ad serving domains, browser type, demographics, language settings, page views, time/date), pseudonymous (IP address)

·      Mailchimp: name and email of our beta subscription list

We also use social buttons provided by services like Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Facebook. Your use of these third party services is entirely optional. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third party services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those third party services’ privacy policies.

We employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share personal information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our Agents do not have any right to use Personal Information or other information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of Personal Information with our Agents.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make major changes in the way we collect or use information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Website or sending you an email.
